Write one clear statement
  1. Choose one customer problem, request, or risk.
  2. Describe what the customer says or does.
  3. Specify which details count as a match.
  4. Test the statement against past conversations.
Examples

The customer asks to cancel their subscription.

The customer cannot complete a purchase because the payment fails.

The customer requests an integration with software that the product does not support.

Changes to an existing monitor

If you change the text in What to monitor, Bubbling records new matches separately. Earlier matches stay linked to the previous text.

If you change only the monitor name, Bubbling keeps the same set of results.
