How alerts work
Bubbling uses AI to review your customer conversations for problems and requests that you choose to monitor.
You write what to look for, such as "The customer asks to cancel their subscription." This is a monitor.
When a conversation matches, Bubbling creates an alert with a customer quote and a link to the full conversation.
Sources, monitors, and notifications
- A source imports conversations from your chat tool or API.
- A monitor tells Bubbling what to look for in those conversations.
- A notification sends your alerts by email or Slack.
