Import customer conversations into your project.

Connect a chat tool

Open your project in the Bubbling dashboard.
Open Connect.
Select your chat provider.
Follow the connection guide for that provider.
Open Conversations to check the imported conversations.

The REST API accepts transcripts or individual messages from your chatbot. The API guide includes a sample request.

Add another source

Open Connect.
Select New connection.
Select another provider and complete its setup.
