4. Read the full conversation before you decide what to do.

1. Open Monitors.
2. Select a monitor name.
3. Choose a date range on the chart.
4. Read the matches below the chart to see what customers said.

The chart counts matches for the selected monitor over time. It does not show the percentage of all customers with that problem.
