Before you start
- A Bubbling account with access to your project.
- A Zendesk Support administrator with a verified email address. The ticket import requires Admin access.
- Your Zendesk subdomain and an active API token, with API token access enabled in Zendesk.
API token retirement
This connector uses a Zendesk API token. Zendesk will retire API tokens on April 30, 2027.
Contact Bubbling support before that date for instructions to replace your API token connection.

Common problems
- If you see an access error, check the subdomain, administrator email, and API token access setting in Zendesk.
- If the token is inactive or deleted, replace it in the Bubbling connection with an active token and select Save.
- Bubbling imports public comments from Zendesk. It does not import internal notes.
