Notifications do not arrive
Check whether Bubbling created an alert and whether email or Slack received it.
Check the alert and frequency
  1. Open Alerts and check that the monitor found a match.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Check that Notifications is on.
  4. Check Frequency. Once a day sends the alerts together in one daily notification.
Check email
  1. Under Email, select Send test message.
  2. Check the project owner’s inbox and spam folder.
  3. If the test fails, note the error beside the button.
Check Slack
  1. Check that Slack is connected, a channel is selected, and the Slack switch is on.
  2. If Bubbling asks you to reconnect Slack, select Reconnect Slack.
  3. If the channel is private, invite Bubbling with /invite @Bubbling in Slack.
  4. Select Send test message.
  5. If the test still fails, contact support with the error text and Slack channel name.
